Dan Scott's jaw dropped when he spotted the face earlier this month
A dog walker was stunned when he Definitely Maybe spotted the face of Oasis rocker Liam Gallagher peeping out from a tree. Dan Scott's jaw dropped when he spotted the legendary hitmaker's mug staring back at him from the bark of a tree in Skipton Castle woods, North Yorkshire, on August 1st.
The 45-year-old shared the snap on social media where it went viral racking up more than 500 likes and comments. Dan, from Queensbury, West Yorkshire, said: "We'd had a few days off from work and fancied a walk out. We'd never done Skipton Castle Woods before. It was our first time there, it's lovely.
"It looks like a guy with long hair, an indie rocker kind of a guy I saw the face, two eyes, long, straight nose, thick fringe, the long hair and something covering the mouth - it instantly reminded me of a rock star. Dan said: "I shared it on Facebook afterwards and I got loads of likes and lots of answers. "People were saying George Harrison, the Gallagher brothers, Ian Brown, Richard Ashcroft from The Verve - all kinds of different people.
