It officially launched this week
Knockbreda Methodist Church Community Garden - John Warren, Anne Wood, Lillian Cochrane, David Hines and Ian Wood.The Knockbreda Community and Wildlife Garden officially opened this weekend as local volunteers celebrate their two years of hard work creating the new space which can be used by everyone living in the area.
"Very quickly dozens of people were involved in creating it and over the past two years they have managed to transform this unused plot of land into a place full of colour and wildlife. John Warren said that the volunteers have received a lot of support from organisations across Belfast and said he was very grateful for all they had done in providing materials and funding.
