Volunteers needed Jan. 26 for annual Point in Time Count homeless population project in Tarrant County, Grand Prairie

needs 500 volunteers Jan. 26 to cover Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prairie and northeast Tarrant County in the annual Point in Time Count survey of people living in unsheltered settings.is a held in January to provide a snapshot of what homelessness looks like in one night for every community in the country.

Information collected during the count, held from 6 p.m. to midnight, will better help the TCHC understand what resources and strategies are needed and to end homelessness.
