Louis Susman, a longtime bundler for President Barack Obama, is shifting his allegiances to Joe Biden after previously helping Beto O'Rourke's campaign.
Louis Susman, a former U.S. ambassador to the United Kingdom under Obama, told CNBC in an interview that he's going to start fundraising for Joe Biden in the wake of Beto O'Rourke dropping out of the race in November.
