Jiménez added an RBI double in the eighth. He is 17 for 43 with five homers and 16 RBIs over the last 11 games. "There’s a fine line there between pitching aggressively but also giving yourself a chance to get out of that inning," Tigers manager A.J. Hinch said. "And that inning kept building and building, and it obviously exploded."
