Attorneys argued for and against the dismissal of a lawsuit filed against a Provo OB-GYN by near 100 women alleging he abused them before the Utah Supreme Court on Friday.
<p>SALT LAKE CITY — In 1997, April Atwater said she accused her OB-GYN, David Broadbent, of misconduct and abuse, but nothing was done and he continued practicing.
