A Utah County couple has been arrested in connection with the violent death of their 4-month-old daughter.
VINEYARD —
Berry and Megan, the girl's parents, told police that they had put the girl down for a nap about 1:30 p.m. and noticed about 40 minutes later that she looked pale and was stiff to the touch, according to a police booking affidavit. The girl's parents were then questioned again by police. Megan told detectives that "Alex has had a history of anger issues and being physically abusive with her and the children," the affidavit alleges. "Myra stated that Alex had punched her in the face on at least two prior occasions and he was often excessively rough with the infant."
