World edging closer to nuclear war as Russia and China threaten global stability

Sky News reports that officials from Russia and the separatist authorities in Donetsk said the assault on the prison in Olenivka, in the Russian-controlled Donetsk region, killed 53 Ukrainian prisoners of war and wounded 75. So I’d really hesitate to give you an idea how long this lasts,” the official said. “It certainly looks like it’s going to last as [long as] the Ukrainians are able to go toe-to-toe”, reports CNBC.A Pentagon official said on Friday that the number of Russian casualties from the war is “very significant”.
Express.co.uk reports that the Directorate for Strategic Communications of the Ukrainian army confirmed Ukraine hit two ammunition depots in Ilovaisk and Brylivka belonging to Russia in the early hours of Friday morning. “UKR Partisans likely designated this target, and HIMARS took it out. Note the secondary explosions.”Ukraine has demanded that the United Nations and the Red Cross to be allowed to investigate the deaths of more than 50 Ukrainian prisoners of war in an assault in occupied territory.
