Revealed: Ukrainian civilian shot dead by Russians in footage that shocked the world
The man in the video with his hands up and later killed was Maksim Iovenko. His wife was also killed, but his six-year-old son and another passenger survived. The shocking incident took place just 10 miles from Irpin on the outskirts of Kyiv.
