Podolyak added that a peace deal with Russia would be put to a national referendum after Russia withdraws its troops to their February 23 positions. The remarks come after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy earlier said in a speech to the Norwegian parliament that Russia was moving more troops into Ukraine. The latest optimistic remarks from a Ukrainian peace negotiator has not triggered a market reaction.
