LONDON - Britain’s former Work and Pensions Secretary, Amber Rudd, said on Sunday she had not seen enough work put in to trying to secure an EU exit deal, and that no formal Brexit negotiations were taking place. Rudd, who resigned from the government on Saturday in protest over at Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s handling of the Brexit process, told the BBC she had no idea if others would follow her lead, and that she was neither leaving politics, nor the Conservative party.
