The trio of Ashley Caldwell, Chris Lillis and Justin Schoenefeld scored the second highest total score in the first finals run, advancing as one of the top four teams to the second finals with a total score of 330.55. China finished ahead of the U.S. with a score of 336.89. Canada and Switzerland also advanced will the ROC and Belarus were knocked out of competition.
Caldwell scored a 104.31 in the back full full full jump, followed by Lillis' 101.81 in his back double full full full. Schoenefeld rounded out the Americans' run with a score of 124.43 for his back double full full full, the third-highest individual score.Download our local news and weather app
