Two industrial buildings in Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ Frisco business park have changed hands.
The buildings at 16440 and 16005 and Gateway Drive near Preston Road were constructed between 2020 and 2022 and have more than 240,000 square feet of space. The properties are leased to tenants including GEA Food Solutions, Magnus Chemical and PepsiCo. “Potential investors have the unique opportunity to acquire within D-FW’s most dynamic and sought after industrial submarket, with fantastic access to D-FW’s major thoroughfares, building functionality and access to labor and rooftop growth,” JLL’s marketing pitch said.
