Two people were reportedly shot outside the home of Republican gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin on Sunday afternoon.
, Zeldin's teenage twin daughters were at home at the time of the shooting.
"My daughters Mikayla and Arianna were doing homework on the first floor," Zeldin told the Post. "They heard the shots. Boom! They went upstairs and locked themselves in the bathroom."Rep.
