Two Denver police officers were justified in using deadly force in a police shooting that killed a man who had fired at the officers, according to a review by the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
On July 13, 26-year-old Michael Silletto fired five gunshots at two officers while they were in marked police cars, the DA’s office, the DA’s office finds that the actions of officers Clyde Carmody and Zachary Moldenhauer “was legally justified and no criminal charges will be filed against the officers.”
