She felt 'so hopeless' and 'tried to reach as many friends as possible'
A Turkish student in Northampton said she "couldn't sleep" and "felt so hopeless" after hearing about the Turkey-Syria earthquake as she sat working on Monday morning, February 6.

After one day the UK sent in the first search team and the European Union have sent search teams now too.Despite Turkish survivors in desperate need of donations of money, tents, blankets, and food, Hatice appreciates "the cost of living increase and people not being able to donate any money.
