Fox News said Monday it has “agreed to part ways” with Tucker Carlson, its popular and controversial host, less than a week after settling a lawsuit over the network’s 2020 election reporting.

The departure comes less than a week after Fox News settled a defamation lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems for $787.5 million over the network airing allegations that the company’s voting machines were rigged in favor of now-President Joseph R.
