White House to nominate Steve Dickson as permanent FAA chief: WSJ
The White House nominated a former Delta Air Lines executive as permanent head of the Federal Aviation Administration just a week after the agency grounded Boeing's 737 MAX fleet after a fatal Ethiopian Airlines crash. Steve Dickson was tapped to be the agency's next chief. The agency has been run by acting chief Daniel Elwell since January 2018.
