Trump wrote in the post on his social media site."When will you invade the other Presidents' homes in search of documents, which are voluminous, which they took with them, but not nearly so openly and transparently as I did?"that he believes this post directly incriminates Trump for the alleged theft of government records because he"admitted that he took the documents openly, transparently and therefore knowingly.
"That's a little bit of hyperbole, but it's a very strong case," Kirschner said."And I think that case should be the first one to be brought."
