'Her smile would have lit up the Vatican'
Warm tributes have been to a popular Co Antrim woman who tragically passed away while on holiday in Spain over the weekend.
Affectionately known to her loved ones as Cromie, Caroline was a loving, funny, bubbly and loyal companion to many and her unexpected death overseas has only added to family's heartache as they face the daunting task of repatriating her remains and arranging her funeral. Jenna told Belfast Live: "I've known Caroline since the age of 12 when we started in first year at Downshire School in Carrickfergus. She was a complete header and the funniest person I've ever met - someone who was always up for anything and a real loveable rogue.
She added: "Her death was very sudden and we still don't know what was behind it. Her poor family are in a bad way and her passing away abroad just adds to their heartache and multiples the costs of arranging funeral and for Caroline to be brought back home Many friends have also taken to social media to express their shock and sadness following Caroline's passing.
