Elite Traveler has announced the best places in the world to get a meal - as voted for by their wealthy readers and only one Scottish restaurant made the list.
Super-rich readers of a premium luxury travel magazine have named a restaurant not too far from Glasgow on its list of the world's best places to eat.
This prestigious shortlist is created with the help of their "discerning high-net-worth audience", many of whom are known to dine at the best restaurants from around the world. Gleneagles' own Restaurant Andrew Fairlie, which is just under an hour from Glasgow, has made the cut with the super-wealthy who love its £165 per person seven-course tasting menu.
