We’re introduced to Noah , a former Army private and tech wiz trying to make ends meet by setting up illegal cable boxes for his friends. Noah is desperately in need of money to help support his hard-working mom and to pay for the extensive medical needs of his devoted kid brother , who suffers from sickle cell anemia.
