Emergency services were called to Mayfield Flats at around 4.18pm on Tuesday . It followed reports of a sudden death.
Officers found the body of a man in his 30s, who has not been named, at the scene. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.In a statement, Lancashire Constabulary said: "We were called to Mayfield Flats, Darwen, at 4.18pm yesterday to reports of a sudden death. Emergency services have attended and sadly found the body of a man in his 30s.
"His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be passed onto HM Coroner in due course."
