Greek Yogurt Dip, and it's basically every pita chip's dream come true. Made with Greek yogurt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onions, and sea salt, the creamy dip is already a hit with those lucky enough to have tried it. Bread, chips, crackers, and sliced veggies can now experience, but I'm pretty sure my first order of business is going to be to stick a spoon straight in and savor the dip as is.
The Greek yogurt-based dip has just 60 calories per serving , two grams of carbs, one gram of protein, and 20 milligrams of cholesterol. So, yep, I'm totally clearing some space in my fridge to snack away at this whenever I want.
