Two days after his arrest in New York on burglary and sexual assault charges, music executive and manager"I am broken," he tellsin a brief phone interview after his humiliating arrest for allegedly breaking into a neighbor's apartment, stealing her underwear and fondling her while she slept.
"I've known I've needed to go for a while and I just haven't," he said of his decision to check in to rehab. "Now it's not even a choice. I must go." After reviewing surveillance video, an employee at the building allegedly identified the man entering the female's apartment as Lublin. Police arrived, knocked on Lublin's door and received no answer. The next day, Lublin was arrested as he left his apartment building. He was allegedly in possession of several personal items belonging to the victim at the time of the arrest, including several pairs of her underwear.
