A press release from the club read: “Regarding the news of the road accident which, last night, involved Destiny Udogie driving his car. “Udinese Calcio informs that the footballer has not suffered any consequences and has regularly trained with the team.“Udogie, moreover, as established by the internal regulation, will be sanctioned to the extent provided by the same.”The Italy Under-21 international is expected to compete for a starting spot in north London when he returns to Spurs next season.
In 26 appearances for Udinese this campaign, the left-back has chipped in with three goals and as many assists in all competitions.
