Amazon Studios has dropped the Totally Killer clip from Blumhouse's forthcoming slasher comedy, starring Kiernan Shipka.
The video shows Shipka’s Jamie running away from the Sweet Sixteen Killer. While trying to escape the masked killer, she winds up at a seemingly normal photo booth, which turns out to be a time machine. The film will be available for streaming on October 6 on Prime Video.Joining Shipka in Totally Killer are Shipka, Olivia Holt, Charlie Gillespie, Lochlyn Munro, Troy L.
“Thirty-five years after the shocking murder of three teens, the infamous ‘Sweet Sixteen Killer’ returns on Halloween night to claim a fourth victim,” reads the synopsis. “Seventeen-year-old Jamie ignores her overprotective mom’s warning and comes face-to-face with the masked maniac and, on the run for her life, accidentally time-travels to 1987, the year of the original killings.
The R-rated film is directed by Nahnatchka Khan from a screenplay written by David Matalon, Sasha Perl-Raver, and Jen D’Angelo. The film is produced by Jason Blum, Adam Hendricks, and Greg Gilreath.
