A live-action Miles Morales movie is in the works.

After hanging up the suit in 2007, Maguire returned to the Spider-Man franchise through the Marvel Cinematic Universe when he joined forces with Tom Holland and Andrew Garfield's variants in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
While Spider-Man: No Way Home offered a few clues about what Maguire's Peter has been up to since Spider-Man 3, the writers also left it very ambiguous in case his version was to ever return down the line. With the door left wide open for potential Spider-Man sequels with Maguire's iteration, varying theories have come up about what studios could do with his Peter in the future.
BenSolo_Cup recently shared a Spider-Man 4 fan poster, imagining what it would look like if Maguire's web-crawler would become a mentor to Miles Morales. The artist asked in the post if people would want to see "him train the Miles of his universe?," suggesting that Spider-Man 4 could introduce the Miles of that world.
How Miles Morales In Spider-Man 4 Could Give Tobey Maguire The Ultimate Ending Even though Sony is developing a Miles Morales live-action movie, while he has his last animated adventure coming up with Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, having him debut in Spider-Man 4 would be an interesting option. As noted in Spider-Man: No Way Home, his Peter is older and more experienced at this point in his career since the events of Maguire's Spider-Man trilogy. Spider-Man 3.
If the rumors that Thomas Haden Church recently shared are true that Sony is considering doing Spider-Man 4, that universe would be the perfect place to introduce Miles and have a proper conclusion to Peter's superhero saga. Spider-Man 4 could either adapt the arc where Peter dies with Miles taking over for him or have the veteran hero pass on the mantle to the teenage web-slinger.
