A young East Kilbride TikToker has written a children’s book based on personal experience in the hope it can help and inspire kids dealing with anxiety and mental health issues.

“I was studying to be a primary teacher and then I dropped out for several reasons, but by writing this book it still allows me to have a say in the classroom and help young kids with anxiety.“A few teachers have even messaged me to tell me that they have bought the book for their class because of how helpful the other two I wrote were. One primary teacher got me to make a video for her class to give her class.
She added: “The aim has always been to inspire young minds and the writing all comes quite naturally and has acted as therapy for me too.
