A TikTok star racially abused a police officer after being pulled over in her Audi in an Asda car park. She told one of the arresting officers to ‘learn English’ - and continued filming as she was handcuffed. The 29-year-old told police she was allowed to sit in her stationary car and drink. At Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, Sahi pleaded guilty to a racially-aggravated Section 4A Public Order Act charge.
She then repeatedly told PC Marcin Kozak, who originally joined Wiltshire Police in 2018 as the force’s first Polish community support officer, that she didn’t understand him. He added: “I’m a serving officer and Polish national. It took hard work and courage to become a police officer, I had to prove I speak good enough English and pass tests; I work to exactly the same criteria as my British colleagues. The court heard how Sahi was convicted of failing to provide a specimen of breath in relation to this incident. She appeared in court the following day , after being remanded in custody overnight.
