Tiffany Trump's wedding, set for Saturday at her father's Mar-a-Lago residence, saw some hiccups as Hurricane Nicole hit Florida Thursday.
A source reported to Page Six that all the staff at the resort were sent home Wednesday, and it won't reopen until Friday night. A rehearsal dinner has been planned in Tiffany's and fiancé Michael Boulos's honor that night. The two became engaged in January 2021, with Boulos famously proposing on the White House property. Trump, a 27-year-old graduate of Georgetown Law School, originally met her 23-year-old fiancé while on vacation in Greece during the summer of 2018.
Nicole, which has since been classified as a Tropical Depression by the National Weather Service, also caused the delay of the Artemis 1 launch from Kennedy Space Center and the closure of Walt Disney World Park. Nicole became the first hurricane to make landfall on the east coast of Florida since Hurricane Katrina in 2005 as a category four storm.
