Officers are asking for anyone with information about the incident to come forward to help with their investigation. He has a 'dishevelled appearance' and was wearing a long dark jacket down to his thighs, black skinny jeans, and dark boots.
A police statement reads "We would ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident or know the identity of the male to contact Police Scotland, quoting incident 2264 of 22/10 or alternatively contact Crime Stoppers on 0800 555111."
