Ahead of this year's show Adam shared that he is fighting a hidden health battle ahead of BBC's Strictly Come Dancing
It is Movie Week this weekend and the the Waterloo Road star and dance partner Luba Mushtuk are due to jive to Take On Me from The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
However ahead of this year's series Adam, 35, shared that he is fighting a hidden health battle after the dad-of-two said he has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis .READ MORE: The 53 best restaurants in Manchester right now Adam said his symptoms started with his knees before moving to his wrists, fingers and now ankles and toes. He said his diagnosis came after several blood tests and visits to doctors and hospitals.
"I thought that was something people, later on in there life get… but that’s not the case, clearly! It’s been a tough old year but …Finally I’m on the right plan now! Finally getting it under control.
