Thousands raised for 'beautiful' 16-year-old girl who died after falling ill at Dundee house

Thousands of pounds have been raised in memory of tragic Scots teenager Lennix Hughes after she passed away suddenly in Dundee at the weekend. The 16-year-old was rushed to Ninewells Hospital in the early hours of Saturday, March 4, after falling ill at a property in the Dudhope Gardens area of the city.

In a statement on the page, she added: “It would be nice to have something in her memory as she loved to help and care when needed.” Heartfelt tributes continue to pour in for the popular teenager, whose passing was confirmed by a relative in a moving social media post. “The girl who always made us laugh no matter how much we didn’t want to and a hug from her could fix anything in an instant. The baby of the family who also loved being treated like a baby.
