Thousands of travellers at Heathrow Airport are facing cancellations as freezing fog covers parts of the country.
More than 80 British Airways flights have reportedly been grounded and 12,000 of the airline’s passengers could be impacted overall.Flights to European spots like Amsterdam, Paris, Milan and Barcelona appear to have been affected.A spokesperson for Heathrow confirmed poor visibility was a problem this morning.
