Country Star Thomas Rhett and Wife Lauren Akins Just Had a Baby Girl
Thomas Rhett and Lauren Akins just grew their family by one! The country star and his wife welcomed baby Lennon Love Akins on Monday, February 10, and they shared the sweetest photos of their newborn to Instagram.
Thomas announced the birth of Lennon on Wednesday alongside a collage of photos from the delivery room. In the first pic, the"Blessed" singer shared a close-up of Lennon in a maple onesie with a gold bow. Look at that head of hair she has already! In another photo, the parents look lovingly at their newborn in Lauren's arms.
"It was such a joy to watch this little angel be brought into the world," Thomas wrote in the caption."My wife is just incredible through the entire birth." He also said his daughters Willa and Ada will be amazing big sisters, and shared an adorable pic of the tiny duo giving their baby sister a kiss.
"Watching our kids meet Lennon for the first time was probably the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen in my whole life! Ada James and Willa Gray are going to be the best big sisters on the planet," he said."The Lord is so good and I’m so grateful for my beautiful growing family!! Y’all pray for us as we switch from man on man defense to zone 👍"
