In a video that now has over 1 million views, Kiki says after she watched someone making frozen pancakes, she decided to give it a try and was ‘mind blown’ by the results. The fitness vlogger filled an ice cube tray she bought from Amazon with her protein pancake mix and topped it off with fruit. Kiki said the method to make these pancakes is simple - after leaving the mix in the freezer overnight, pop your pancake cubes on a hot pan to fry the pancakes as normal.“That’s it.
