Holding on to this leg, engage your glutes and lift your hips up until your thigh forms a straight line with your back. Lower down to the ground. That's one rep.Stand with your feet hip width apart. Bend your knees, sit your hips back, and lower your body down until your thighs are parallel with the ground. Bring your arms forward as you lower down, to improve your posture.
