Tara Harris woke up on Sunday morning to her car resting on 4 cinderblocks. All of her tires were stolen at a parking garage East long street in downtown Columbus.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Tara Harris has parked her car across from her apartment on East Long Street in downtown Columbus for months. She never had a problem until Oct. 22.
They have a security gate and a scanner to get entrance into the garage. But, she said sometimes the gate doesn’t work.
