Coming in at No. 4, Flower Mound is Texas’ most livable small city, with Mansfield and North Richland Hills coming in at Nos. 35 and 78, respectively.The study used 11 key metrics, including the concentration of restaurants, bars and healthcare establishments, home affordability, the poverty and unemployment rates and the average commute time.
Flower Mound ranked well for its low poverty rate of 3.8% and low housing cost percentage relative to income .
