Don't let these common mistakes hold back your morning run!

Every runner experiences good runs and bad runs. And if you are running at different times of day, you are dealing with different circumstances. We all have a body clock that contributes to the time of day we prefer to run. Some people naturally prefer the morning while others prefer running later in the day. Timing your runs with this

can be helpful. But, sometimes mornings are the only time you can fit in a run. Plus, mixing up your routine a few times a week can be beneficial. And, if you are not naturally a morning runner, it will benefit you to at least do some of your training in the morning if you plan to race in the morning. One thing to remember, though: Any run is better than no run at all.

While there are no guarantees for a good run every morning , avoid these pitfalls so you can set yourself up for the best run possible.Downing your dinner deep into the night, while sometimes your only option, practically ensures some form of GI issue on an early morning run. Nation’s Nonfiction Writers Announce Plans To Keep Writing Down Things That HappenedNation’s Nonfiction Writers Announce Plans To Keep Writing Down Things That HappenedWASHINGTON—Saying they were committed to objectively chronicling facts, information, and people, the nation’s nonfiction writers announced Monday their plan to keep writing down things that have already happened. “We are dedicated to learning about actual stuff that has taken place in real life and then jotting that info down on paper so others can read it,” said biographer Robert Caro, one of the millions of nonfiction writers, including essayists, journalists, critics, memoirists, technical writers, analysts, academics, scientists, historians, and documentarians, who will continue chronicling things that have occurred. “Sometimes, it’s a personal experience we’ve had, or a historical event we think is cool, or just a bunch of neat facts about outer space that we write about. As long as it’s not imaginary, Americans can count on us to take notes on it and then transcribe those notes into books or articles. If things stop happening, there’s still tons of junk that have already happened for us to write about even if other people have already covered it.” Caro also said that while the nation’s nonfiction writers are devoted to recording lived experiences, they’re all done writing about World War II.
