The Scottish capital entered the list for the first time in 2022. It has fallen 23 places from its initial spot at 35.None of the 10 cities with the biggest drops had seen a hugely sharp decline in their index scores , but they had failed to make the gains that others had in the past year, according to the report.“In many cities, such as Athens , stability scores have fallen this year because of greater civil unrest,” reads the report.
