All eyes of the sporting world are on Hoylake this year as the 2023 Open Championship starts with the finest golfers in the game taking on the famous links course.
If you are looking to go next year we have put together a handy guide on how to apply for tickets. To have a chance of going fans must enter a ballot.From June 27 fans can sign in to their One Club account - the Open’s free-to-join membership for golf fans across the world. Once logged on, click the 'Enter Ballot' button, to progress through the application process and make ticket selections, before the Ticket Ballot closes at 3pm BST on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.
Official advice on The Open website said: "Once the Ticket Ballot closes on Tuesday 25 July, we will review all applications and email applicants in waves throughout August and September informing them of whether their Ticket Ballot entry has been successful. "If you are offered tickets as part of the ballot process, you will not be able to pick and choose which tickets to purchase, you must purchase the full allocation you are offered. Therefore, you should only apply for tickets in the ballot that you wish to purchase."
