The New BMW X7 M60i Can't Compete With A Lamborghini Urus - Or Can It? | Carscoops carscoops
M60i is larger, more practical, and has three rows of seating. But that’s not to say it doesn’t offer plenty of performance of its own. Indeed, it is driven by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 with 523 hp and 553 lb-ft and while that’s quite a lot less than the Urus, you might be surprised by how well-matched the two are in a straight line.
In a series of drag races conducted between the two, CarWow discovered that the X7 M60i was actually the easiest to launch off the line and initially beats the Urus. However, as the speeds start to build, the Lamborghini puts its extra power and lower overall weight to good use, comfortably accelerating off into the distance and claiming victory.
