The jury found him guilty, and sentencing him to life Lord Allanbridge said:"I consider you an extremely dangerous young man."Few people disagreed.In an interview at the time, Catherine's husband Eddie McChord told of his outrage.Eddie added:"This man killed my wife. He should never have been allowed out as he will surely kill again. No woman is safe when he is around.
