The Flash season 9 will feature several familiar fan favorites from the franchise, including Kid Flash, Bloodwork, and Diggle. The Arrowverse is getting ready to bid farewell to its longest-running series in the entire franchise. After portraying Barry Allen for nearly a decade, Grant Gustin is reprising the role of the Scarlet Speedster for one more season. The Flash will be back for a shortened final season, with only 13 episodes, making it the shortest one in the show's whole run.
