Chinese New Year is upon us once again. Sparking scenes of giant, colourful dragons weaving through the streets, red lanterns hanging above and sampling the finest Chinese food available to sample from street food vendors.
But one way to mark Chinese New Year for us Lancastrians, is to try authentic Chinese food. Fortunately, there's plenty of places to choose from, dotted all around the country.
