Screen Rant is proud to exclusively present new photos and the logline for the upcoming eleventh episode of The Equalizer season 3, "Never Again." A reboot of the 1980s classic series and Denzel Washington-led action movies, The Equalizer first premiered on CBS in 2021. The series was co-created by executive producers Richard Lindheim, Michael Sloan, and Queen Latifah, who also stars as the titular vigilante.
The Equalizer follows Robyn McCall , a single mother and former CIA operative who uses her impressive skills as a vigilante to help those with nowhere else to turn. She is assisted by Mel Bayani, a former military sniper turned bar owner, and Harry Keshegian, a paranoid white-hat hacker. McCall struggles to connect with her daughter, especially after her vigilante activities are discovered.
After a string of antisemitic hate crimes terrorizes a local community, Harry reconnects with his Jewish faith as he leads the team in finding the culprit before they attack again. Also, McCall must calculate to what extremes she will go in order to win custody of Delilah, on the CBS Original series The Equalizer, Sunday, Mar. 12 on the CBS Television Network.
Episode 8 dug into Mel's past when her brother went missing. And with the eleventh episode, The Equalizer continues to delve deeper into each character's past while balancing McCall's ongoing struggles as a vigilante and single mother. This new episode will explore more about Harry and his Jewish roots while also showing a new side of Harry as he leads this very personal investigation.
"Never Again" is written by Ora Yashar and Adam Glass. The episode is directed by Chris Fisher. The Equalizer stars Queen Latifah as the titular hero; she is a co-creator and serves as an executive producer. The Equalizer also stars Adam Goldberg, Liza Lapira, Tory Kittles, Laya DeLeon Hayes, and Lorraine Toussaint. The series was renewed for a third and fourth season last May, with new episodes airing every Sunday on CBS and available to stream on Paramount+.
