Car park prices can vary, even in the same town - see where's cheapest near you
hold fairly consistent prices across the range of council-owned car parks in the towns, with a very select few charging over £5 for maximum stays.
Short stays in Grantham and Stamford will cost anywhere between 90p and £1 for 30 minutes, and £1.20/£1.30 for an hour, with Watergate, Guildhall Street and Wharf Road offering the lowest prices for Grantham; and North Street, Bath Row, Scotgate and St. Leonards Street all offering £1 for 30 mins and £1.30 for an hour in Stamford., with prices varying depending on where in the area the spaces are located.
Prices are also set at Market Rasen‘s three council-owned car parks, with Festival Hall, John Street and Mill Road all free for up to two hours, 80p for three hours, £1 for four hours, £1.70 for six hours and £2 for longer. They are also free after 6pm and on Sundays and Bank Holidays.operates 21 car parks in the town centre, collectively offering more than 1,300 spaces for visitors and residents with a variety of short, mixed and long stay options.
For mixed stays, prices are largely similar across the town of Boston – with all five charging £1.50 for an hour, £2 for two hours, £2.50 for three hours, £3 for four hours and £4 all day, as well as £1 for 6pm-8am parking and £1.20 between 8am and 6pm on Sundays. The best ones in terms of value for money is Eastgate in the first hour, which is free in that timescale, Brydone Way off Grantham Road for the next hour – it costs 50p for a two-hour ticket – and again for longer than that, given that it costs just £1 for four hours and £2 for over four.
