'See...what happens when you take the pi**'...texts of alleged 'mastermind' of fatal attack on Thomas Campbell
The alleged mastermind of an attack which ended with a dad 'tortured to death' in his own home texted the victim's new girlfriend days earlier and told her 'see...what happens when you take the pi**', a jury heard. John Belfield, who is believed to have fled the country, has been named at the trial into the alleged murder of Thomas Campbell.

As the third week of the trial began on Monday, jurors heard details of several Instagram messages.
"Why you on about you and that helmet will get domed so I would shut your mouth you dog. There's not a thing you or him will do so I think you should get my draws out your house Monday. And am gonna sha* his baby mum now for the point of it, you money grabbing dog."
